It’s been a personal goal of mine to learn how to use the Egg the way Jameson did. One of the last things he ever did for me was teach me how to use it. All he wanted was for me to carry the torch, so I’ve spent many hours practicing and researching. I can finally consistently make some good BBQ. Haven’t tried making brisket yet, but one day!
Along with wings, I also made Louisiana hot links, fries, and guacamole and chips. I made the chips with flour tortillas, and the guac is just a simple avocados, tomatoes, red onions, cilantro, lime, and salt+pepper.
I made this whole meal for my friend Chris at his request since it’s his birthday.
Dinner was delicious! thank you son, he would have been so proud of you.
