This is one of the most commonly requested dishes Jameson asked me to make, on the weekends during summertime. Our recipe for a great relaxing weekend was – Grilling, Ceviche, pool, Micheladas and cigars. Yum!

I didn’t know what I was missing until I tried your ceviche, Ivis! So good and refreshing! All the sides you made complimented the “meat of choice” that Jameson was cooking on THE EGG. You were a great cooking/entertaining team! I miss those get-togethers so much.
