Prime from Costco. Smoked on Traeger with mesquite pellets at 275° until 155 then seared on Weber propane grill. Jameson always said I was making beef jerky due to me over cooking it and would make fun of me for utilizing both grills and insisted on me getting the Egg. I seasoned with Kosmos Cow Cover and SPG… when I would make this and send a picture to JP… he always made fun of me for not seasoning it enough. Well this time I did and it turned out delicious!! Miss you my friend.
